All special-order merchandise requires a 60% deposit before item can be ordered.
Bridesmaids orders will not be processed until 60% deposit and size is chosen from each bridesmaid in the party. It is the bride's responsibility to notify us if any of the bridesmaids will not be ordering.
All orders are ordered according to manufacturer specifications, not custom-sized to your measurements. We cannot choose your dress size. We only recommend according to your current measurements and the manufacturer's size chart. Fabulous-Bridal is not responsible for a change in customer measurements after the contract is signed.
The size chosen is the customer's decision and is final. The style number and color will be acceptable based on the above information approved by the bride. It is the customer's responsibility to verify that all information on the receipt is correct.
Additional charges may apply to orders of gowns size 16 or above (per manufacturer).
Additional length charges may apply if customer is taller than 5’8” (per manufacturer). Gowns with extra length are not custom and may need to be hemmed.
Alterations are normally REQUIRED. Alterations, repairs, and cleanings are not included in the price of your dress. Alterations are AVAILABLE at Fabulous Bridal. We can also provide a list of local seamstresses but the boutique accepts no responsibility for third party vendors. Alterations appointments are subject to availability. Dresses arriving fewer than 14 weeks of the event date may not be able to be accommodated. It is the customer’s responsibility to schedule these appointments in a timely manner.
All fabrics are subject to slubs and slight weaving inconsistencies that are naturally occurring characteristics of the fabric and should not be considered defects.
Dye lots may vary. Fabulous Bridal is not responsible for shade variations.
Delivery of bridesmaid’s dresses generally occurs within four to five months and varies depending on designer. In some instances, dresses may arrive individually at the vendor’s discretion. Bride will be notified as merchandise is received.
Rush delivery fees are non-refundable and will apply to all orders delivered in less than 14 weeks.
If delivery of merchandise is expected 3 weeks or less before the event date Fabulous-Bridal will contact customer to verify that these terms are acceptable; if the customer does not verify within 2 business days Fabulous-Bridal retains the right to terminate the order.
The BRIDE will be notified by phone and/or email when the merchandise has arrived. The customer must notify Fabulous-Bridal with any changes of address, phone number or email. It will be the responsibility of the bride to notify all members of the party of the arrival of merchandise.
Special order merchandise must be picked up within 14 days of arrival and the balance must be paid at the time of pick-up or before merchandise is shipped.
Upon request, Fabulous-Bridal will ship merchandise to customers. Bridesmaids dresses will be shipped ground/standard delivery for $15. Merchandise can only be shipped within the U.S. and will require a signature. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact Fabulous Bridal to confirm the shipping address and provide permission to release regardless if the shipping address and fee were provided and paid at the time of purchase. Merchandise will not be released until this communication has occurred. Please contact Fabulous Bridal regarding any issues with the merchandise within five (5) days of delivery.
If a wedding or event is cancelled, the customer is responsible for full payment.
All items that have not been picked up within 90 days of arrival may become the property of Fabulous-Bridal. Fabulous-Bridal is not responsible for any merchandise once it has left the building.
***No checks accepted for merchandise leaving Fabulous-Bridal. There is a $50.00 fee for all returned checks.
BY SIGNING THIS CONTRACT, CUSTOMER ACKNOWLEDGES THAT THEY HAVE READ AND UNDERSTAND THE TERMS LISTED ABOVE. BY SIGNING BELOW, CUSTOMER ACCEPTS THE TERMS LISTED ON THIS CONTRACT.
