Tell us about your fiancé! How did you meet/Proposal story
It was love at first swipe! Zoe and Scott met on Bumble and went on their first date to Brass Tap on January 18th, 2017. Scott proved to be a gentleman as he offered to walk her to her car. Little did they know, Zoe's car had been towed! Time had gone by so fast, her parking ticket had expired. Scott offered to give her a ride home and proceeded to ask for a second date. After many more dates, they became official at Rhinegeist Brewery on February 10th, 2017. The rest is history!
Scott proposed on December 18th, 2021 at the annual Borchers Family Christmas party. It is tradition that Santa Claus attends the party to sing Christmas carols and pass out gifts to the kids. This year, Santa happened to call Zoe's name to receive a gift and told her she had to open her gift that moment. Inside was an ornament that read "Zoe & Scott Engaged 2021" and when she looked up, Scott was on one knee. He popped the question and she said "Yes!!".
Scott's family came out of hiding and surprised Zoe as well, there were hugs happening all around! Zoe's sister, Ava told her she wanted to take her and Scott through downtown Tipp City to take a few photos of them together. But all her family and friends were waiting at the Hotel Gallery in downtown Tipp City for an engagement party. Zoe was so surprised and of course shed a few happy tears. They celebrated the night away with champagne toasts, a countdown video from the family and lots of laughs and hugs. It was a night to remember!

Tell us about your Fab Bridal experience!
I visited 4 Bridal stores, and Fab bridal was by far the best experience we had. From the moment we walked through the door, we were treated like royalty! I had a specific vision in mind for my wedding dress and was loosing hope as I couldn’t find the one. Anne and her team made all my Wedding dress dreams come true! From purchasing the gown and accessories, to alterations, and completing the final look, they were there every step of the way. They always ensured I felt beautiful and confident. Walking away from the Wedding planning process, I can say that dress shopping and working with Fab Bridal was my favorite part of the process! I always had so much fun each time I went to try on my dress, they became a huge part of my special day, and I am so thankful for their team.

What was the highlight of your wedding day?
Having all of our family and friends in one room celebrating our new beginning.
What is one piece of advice you have for future brides?
I am so glad we chose The Madison, an all-inclusive venue with Hotel Covington across the street, and great bars and restaurants around. My advice to future couples would be to take advantage of all the amazing amenities that come with an all-inclusive venue and ensure that your venue is in a great location.
We received so many compliments from our guests, sharing how much they enjoyed the weekend, that it was so nice having the Hotel, Venue, and attractions in walking distance. We truly took advantage of all the amenities, and it made our experience and our guests experience over the top, exceeded all of our expectations.
